Navigating self-managed conflict resolution: A case study

چکیده
This study examines how an organization-wide self-managed interpersonal conflict resolution system is experienced from the point of view permanent and seasonal employees. Twenty semi-structured interviews observations at a single agricultural organization were used to assess alternative dispute (ADR) system. Employee reports coded by determining if was owing processes, relationships, or tasks problems, as well each resolved with accommodating, aggressive, avoidant, collaborative tactics. Interestingly, it employees who initiated majority processes. Furthermore, only opted utilize aggressive tactics, usually demanding that their colleagues quit job organization. The findings indicate importance ADR training in order develop confidence among initiate processes teaching tactics means reducing employee termination.
